Raisers Edge Database Administrator

Nightingale Hammerson cares for over 250 residents, tailoring our approaches within our residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care teams. We are enormously proud of our homes, with our South London home, Nightingale House, rated 'Outstanding' and our North London, Hammerson House, 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in its first year of opening.
As a Raisers Edge Database Administrator, you will provide database administrative support to the fundraising team from April until June. You will play a significant part in supporting the team by processing donations, issuing invoices and receipts to donors, and updating the database.
What will your typical day involve?
The successful candidate will be tasked with efficiently processing donation payments through online banking systems and credit card software, ensuring accurate data entry into the Raiser's Edge donor database. They will also maintain and update donors’ personal details and generate and dispatch acknowledgement emails, letters, invoices and receipts.
The candidate will handle queries received via phone calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate colleague and will process postal donations.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to track and report income, a good telephone manner, and demonstrate good writing and presentation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and effectively are crucial.
Essential experience includes proficiency with the Raiser's Edge CRM database and a solid understanding of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
This comprehensive skill set is designed to ensure the successful candidate can meet the diverse demands of the role effectively.

Hours
Part-time 24 hours per week, Temporary role from mid-April to mid-June.

£20.00 per hour
