Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser
We are looking for a Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser to support our work as a leading specialist in the care of older people, specifically supporting Jewish residents.
We usually respond within three days
Nightingale Hammerson cares for over 250 residents, tailoring our approaches within our residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care teams. We are enormously proud of our homes, with our South London home, Nightingale House, rated 'Outstanding' and our North London home, Hammerson House, rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), in its first year of opening.
As our Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser, you will be a vital fundraising team member, raising funds from existing and prospective donors.
What will your typical day involve?
Your job will be to complete and submit funding applications. You will lead in researching and approaching potential new funders and maintaining relationships with our existing loyal donors. These grant applications need to be targeted, fully costed and secure significant income. You will ensure that funding agreements are fulfilled. Your job will include reporting back to the funders and the organisation.
Who are we looking for?
An experienced communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills in addition to sales experience. Someone who can convey to funders the importance of Nightingale Hammerson; how we differ from other care homes and how we support our residents and their families. Attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking is essential.
What is in it for you?

- Transport from East Finchley Tube Station (Hammerson House)
- Access to the Apples and Honey Nightingale preschool and daycare on-site (Nightingale House)
