Program Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic systems and digital transformation initiatives within our two homes
We usually respond within a day
Nightingale Hammerson cares for over 250 residents, tailoring our approaches within our residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care. We are enormously proud of our homes, with our South London home, Nightingale House, being rated as 'Outstanding' and our North London, Hammerson House, as 'Good' in its first year open by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As a Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing programs that will enhance the quality-of-care services for our Residents whilst at the same time aligning and refining the current portfolio of systems in use within the Homes by our Team Members and Care Specialists.
What will your typical day involve?
In your role as Program Manager, you will define and oversee the business requirements of various stakeholders, ensuring readiness and approval.
Collaborating closely with service providers in our Homes, you'll develop implementation road maps and offer expert guidance on system selection and tender processes.
Your success hinges on effectively implementing an integrated digital CRM to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and significantly benefit our Residents.
Proficiency in complex data and cost forecast modeling is essential, along with a versatile and diplomatic approach to meeting fast-paced, regulated environment demands.
As a skilled negotiator, you'll align system and digital changes with the needs of our Residents and the efficiency of both homes, upholding our person-centered, values-based work ethic.
This hands-on role involves active engagement across both sites, building strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders.
