We are looking for an Administrator for our Residents Services Team who has a passion for the delivery of a first-class service to our residents.
You will be working in our comfortable 120 bedded Nursing Home, located between Clapham South Tube station and Wandsworth Common. Nightingale House enjoys lots of sociable, communal spaces and beautiful woodland gardens.
What will your typical day involve?
You will undertake the full administrative support function for the Residents Service Team ensuring the smooth admission of residents from taking initial enquiries to preparing contracts to ensure that all our resident's records are kept up to date.
Organise tours of both our homes for potential residents and their families.
Support the team on a range of non-clinical issues to promote our resident's well-being and integration into the life of the Home
Who are we looking for?
Although welcome, no previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
You take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment. Often managing multiple requests at once, you’ll be comfortable multitasking, able to work on your own initiative unsupervised and, where necessary, working with other teams to ensure our residents are kept happy in their home.
You will have a cheerful, compassionate, respectful, and caring approach and good communication and interpersonal skills. With an understanding of the needs of older people and the desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others.
